Refund / Exchange Policy - 14 day refund on items excluding software, microphones, sample CD's. 21 day exchange on items excluding software, microphones, sample CD's. P.A. speakers will incur a 15% restocking fee if opened. Items can not be returned if not in all the original packaging. We do not make changes for defective products from manufacturers.
